The Company announces that today a Circular was sent to shareholders convening
an Extraordinary General Meeting for Tuesday, 29 May 2007 to consider, and if
thought fit, to pass, a Resolution to amend the Company's management incentive
arrangements.  Copies of the Circular are being submitted to the document
