NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company advises that pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules it received a notification of a restatement of holding on 19 October 2010 from JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. on behalf of shareholder JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited. This notification confirmed that it has an interest in 2,501,143 Ordinary Shares of 25p, representing 11.04% of the voting rights in the Ordinary Shares of the Company, and that it also has an interest in 463,000 Subscription Shares of 1p, which is equivalent to 2.04% of the voting rights in the Ordinary Shares, in aggregate amounting to 13.08%.

The Company notes that under most circumstances its Subscription Shares have no voting rights. However, the Subscription Shares have an annual opportunity to be converted into Ordinary Shares following which they would have the voting rights attached to Ordinary Shares.
