RCM Technology Trust plc announces that on 31 July 2008 it purchased 30,000 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.13% of the issued Ordinary Capital), at a price of 214p per Ordinary Share, for holding in Treasury.

Settlement of the purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 5 August 2008.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 30,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 30,000. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 23,565,249 Ordinary 25p Shares.
