RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 5 December 2008 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 21,900 Ordinary Shares at 171.96p per share (representing 0.09% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 21,900 Ordinary Shares is due on 10 December 2008.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 21,900 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 51,900. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 23,485,349 Ordinary 25p Shares.
