RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 16 March 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 47,576 Ordinary Shares at 338.52p per share (representing 0.21% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 47,576 Ordinary Shares is due on 21 March 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 47,576 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,391,245. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,321,220 Ordinary 25p Shares.
