RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 9 November 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 92,634 Ordinary Shares at 309.99p per share (representing 0.35% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 92,634 Ordinary Shares is due on 14 November 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 92,634 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,693,769. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,609,111 Ordinary 25p Shares.
