RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 3 February 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 41,715 Ordinary Shares at 304.13p per share (representing 0.18% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 41,715 Ordinary Shares is due on 8 February 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 41,715 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,186,087. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,526,378 Ordinary 25p Shares.
