RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 7 September 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 36,480 Ordinary Shares at 319.07 per share (representing 0.14% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 36,480 Ordinary Shares is due on 12 September 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 36,480 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,460,438. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,842,442 Ordinary 25p Shares.
