RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 30 November 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 90,260 Ordinary Shares at 318.32p per share (representing 0.34% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 90,260 Ordinary Shares is due on 5 December 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 90,260 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,840,224. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,462,656 Ordinary 25p Shares.
