Allianz Technology Trust PLC announces that on 16 January 2015 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 40,580 Ordinary Shares at 569p per share (representing 0.16% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 40,580 Ordinary Shares is due on 20 January 2015.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 40,580 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,575,454. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,727,426 Ordinary 25p Shares.
