Allianz Technology Trust PLC announces that on 14 June 2016 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 20,676 Ordinary Shares at 594.64p per share (representing 0.08% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 20,676 Ordinary Shares is due on 16 June 2016.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 20,676 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,318,796. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,984,084 Ordinary 25p Shares.
