ALLIANZ TECHNOLOGY TRUST PLC

Allianz Technology Trust PLC announces that on 30 June 2016 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 622.17p per share (representing 0.1% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 4 July 2016.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 25,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,343,796. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,959,084 Ordinary 25p Shares.
