ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS POSTED



Further to the Company's preliminary final results announcement dated 18 March
2008, the Directors of

Alpha Pyrenees confirm that the annual report and financial statements of the
Company for the year ended 31 December 2007 will be posted to shareholders
today.



A Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is to be held on
Wednesday 30 April 2008 at 9.00am, and a Form of Proxy for use at the meeting
are enclosed with the annual report.
