ALPHA PYRENEES TRUST LIMITED
("ALPHA PYRENEES" OR THE "TRUST")

ALPHA PYRENEES DECLARES DIVIDEND FOR QUARTER ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2009

The Board of Directors of Alpha Pyrenees has approved the payment of a quarterly dividend of 0.9 pence per share for the quarter ending 31 December 2009.

The schedule for the payment of this dividend has been brought forward and the timetable for the dividend payment is as follows: the dividend will be payable to the shareholders on the register as of 19 March 2010 (the record date) and will be paid on 1 April 2010.

The ex-dividend date will now be 17 March 2010.
