Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that it has resolved to declare an interim dividend of 2.75p per share.  The ex-dividend date is 9 October 2014 with an associated record date of 10 October 2014.  The dividend will be paid on 7 November 2014.   

The last date for receipt of elections in respect of the Dividend Re-Investment scheme is 23 October 2014.
