Intention to Launch an Offer for Subscription

The Directors of Amati AIM VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce that they intend to launch an offer for subscription (the "Offer") later this year. Subject to certain conditions, priority will be given to Offer applications received from existing shareholders in the Company.

The prospectus, which will contain the full details and terms and conditions of the Offer, will be available from www.amatiglobal.com as soon as the Offer is launched, which is expected to be in Summer 2021.
