The following replaces the announcement made on 2^nd August 2013 at 10:29am for the Transaction in own shares, the date of the transaction of own shares was incorrect.

PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 2^nd August 2013 it purchased 55,711 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 101.25p per ordinary share.

  Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,588,632 ordinary shares in issue.
