FINAL RESULTS AND ANNUAL REPORT

Aminex PLC ('Aminex' or the 'Company') announces that its final results for the year ended 31^st December 2013 have now been approved for release.  These can be found in the full text of the 2013 Annual Report which is available on the Company's website, www.aminex-plc.com, and may be viewed by clicking on the following link:

The hard copy version is currently being printed and will be mailed by no later than 29^th April at which time hard copies will also be available at the Company's registered office 6 Northbrook Road, Dublin 6, Ireland.

In accordance with Irish Listing Rule 6.6.1 and UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK's National Storage Mechanism.  It will shortly be available at:

Aminex CEO Jay Bhattacherjee commented:  "We have taken the step of announcing our final, audited results which will be contained in the Annual Report rather than publishing preliminary, unaudited results ahead of audit completion.  We look forward to meeting shareholders at the AGM in London on 22^nd May when a presentation on the Company's plans will be made.  We also intend to follow this up with a similar presentation in Ireland for the benefit of Irish shareholders shortly thereafter, details of which will be announced by RNS in due course."
