Andrews Sykes Group plc confirms that Mr Anthony Alexander Bourne, aged 54, has
today been appointed to the board as Financial Director.
Mr Bourne takes over the role as Financial Director from Mr J-C Pillois who was
previously acting as interim Financial Director. Mr Pillois will remain on the
board and will resume his previous role as a non-executive director.
At the date of his appointment Mr AA Bourne held 100,000 share options in
Andrews Sykes Group plc which will be exercisable between 26 April 2005 and 26
April 2012 at a price of 104p per share.
Mr AA Bourne's directorships over the past five years are as follows:-
• Tony Bourne Interim Financial Management Limited*
• Auto-Pass Limited*
• AAH Meditel Limited
• Peak Systems Limited
* Current directorships.
There are no other disclosures required under paragraphs f iii - f viii of
Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
