The Company was informed yesterday that, on 16th March 2007, Garth Selvey, Non-
Executive Director of ANGLE, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 63.0 pence per Ordinary Share. 
Following this purchase, he has an interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
