ANGLO PLATINUM LIMITED - CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements, notification is
hereby given that with immediate effect:-

   • Mr Barry Erskine Davison retires as Chairman of Anglo Platinum Limited
    and Mr Tshamano Mohau Frederik Phaswana (a non-executive director of Anglo
    Platinum) has been appointed to succeed Mr Davison as Chairman of the Board.
    Mr Davison will however, retire as a non-executive director of Anglo
    Platinum at year end.
