Knowe Properties Limited owns £1,400,000 Convertible Loan Notes issued by Angus Energy plc with a right to convert the same Notes into Ordinary Shares of Angus Energy plc of £0.002p from July 2022 at a conversion price of £0.01 p/share giving rise to a contingent right over 140,000,000 ordinary shares.
