Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 3 October 2008, James Lambert ('Mr Lambert'), Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 60 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Lambert is now interested in 858,373 Ordinary Shares representing 4.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
