Disposal of the assets of Travik

It was announced on 4 October 2010 that the Company was to close it loss-making chemical formulation business Travik Chemicals Limited ("Travik"). The Company is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of the trade, stock and plant and equipment of Travik for an undisclosed sum to Aquajet Chemicals Ltd. ("Aquajet"). In addition, the premises owned and previously occupied by Travik have been leased to Aquajet.

This disposal marks the conclusion of the Company's strategic review and withdrawal from its livestock related activity.
