Grant of Share Options

Animalcare (AIM: ANCR), the supplier of pharmaceutical and other premium products and services to the veterinary industry, announces that on 20 November 2012, Dr Iain Menneer, Managing Director, was granted 50,000 options (the "Share Options") over ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Animalcare Group plc Executive Share Option Scheme.  The Share Options will vest three years from the date of grant and then be exercisable at 132.5 pence per ordinary share, being the mid market closing price on 20 November 2012.

Following this grant of options, Iain Menneer holds a total of 175,000 options over Ordinary Shares and 9,381 Ordinary Shares.
