Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that today it has purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 23 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 248 pence per Ordinary Share and will hold the purchased shares in Treasury.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Anpario's issued share capital following the purchase of the above mentioned Ordinary Shares is 20,084,275 Ordinary Shares. 

The company holds 143,042 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares) is 19,941,233 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Anpario under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
