Secondary Placing of Ordinary Shares

Further to the announcement made on 14 June 2016, the Company is pleased to announce that Jefferies International Limited has today placed 2.5 million shares, representing the limited selling demand received by the Company from those shareholders partially released from lock up on 15 June 2016.

Following the release from lock-up of the initial tranche of shares and the early release of 2,006,949 shares included in the amount placed above in order to meet excess demand, 269,091,986 shares in the Company remain subject to lock-up.
