Web Voting and Shareholder Portal Facility

This announcement is made further to the publication on 8 March 2016 of the notice, agenda and form of proxy for the first annual general meeting of the Company to be held at at 11:00 AM (UK Time) on Friday, 8 April 2016 at the offices of Aztec Group, East Wing, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3PP (the "AGM").

The Company wishes to inform shareholders that they may now also cast their votes for the AGM by using the online web voting and shareholder portal facility offered by the Company's registrar, Capita Asset Services ("Capita").

Shareholders are invited to register on the shareholder portal at https://www.capitashareportal.com in order to access the web voting facility. By registering with Capita's shareholder portal, shareholders will also gain access to information regarding their shareholding in the Company, such as the number of shares held and investor codes.
