Results of 2022 Annual General Meeting
Aptamer Group plc (AIM: APTA), the developer of novel Optimer® binders to enable innovation in the life sciences industry, today announces that the results of voting on the resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today at 13:30 GMT at the offices of Liberum, Level 12 Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9LY, all Resolutions were duly passed. Further details of each of the resolutions are set out in the Notice of Meeting, which was sent to shareholders on 01 November and the full poll results will be made available on the Aptamer website later today.
