Total Voting Rights
In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 69,083,594 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and all of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights.
The figure of 69,083,594 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
