                            Director's Shareholding

KTS, a leading provider of web-delivered real-time market data solutions,
received notification on 4 April 2008 that on that same day Louise Barton,
non-executive director of the Company, purchased the following 0.1 pence
ordinary shares:

Following this purchase Louise Barton, and her husband, Mr. Brian D. Newman,
hold 43,797,000 ordinary shares representing 5.95% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
