The Company has today received notification from A W P Cross, in a letter dated
25 September 2002, that following a purchase of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of
0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 25 September 2002, his disclosable interest in
the Company now amounts to 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares. This represents 3.06% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
