Argo announces that it has on 30 June 2016 repurchased 1,500,000 shares at 11.25 pence per share for cancellation. Argo has now repurchased shares to the value of £1.96 million and, accordingly, the buyback programme is now complete.
The interests of Andreas Rialas and Kyriakos Rialas in Argo's shares, following the end of the buyback programme are, respectively, 16,028,145 and 8,768,362 shares, representing, 33.1% and 18.1% of Argo's share capital respectively.
The issued share capital of Argo following this repurchase is 48,473,494 shares.
