DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

HOLDING IN COMPANY

Ariana Resources plc ("Ariana" or "the Company"), the gold exploration and development company focused on Turkey, announces that it was informed on 18 December 2015 that Michael de Villiers, Chairman, on that date purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in Ariana at a price of 0.81 pence per ordinary share.  Further to this purchase, Mr de Villiers holds 25,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing a percentage holding of 3.11% of the total issued share capital.

In addition, the Company was informed on 18 December 2015 that William Payne, Director,  purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in Ariana on that date at a price of 0.81 pence per ordinary share.   Further to this purchase, Mr Payne, together with his family, owns 4,468,289 ordinary shares in the Company, representing a percentage holding of 0.56% of the total issued share capital.
