                       NEW BROKER APPOINTMENT

Ariana Resources  plc  ("Ariana"  or "the  Company")  is  pleased  to
announce the appointment of Loeb Aron & Company Limited ("Loeb Aron")
to act as the Company's AIM  broker with immediate effect. Loeb  Aron
will work  as joint  broker with  our existing  brokers City  Capital
Corporation Limited and King & Shaxson Capital Limited.
