                  New Customer Win in High Growth Flash Market

                      Highlights ARC's Growing Leadership



SAN JOSE, Calif., and ST. ALBANS, England, May 8, 2008 - ARC International (LSE:

use in the rapidly growing Flash market.  This unnamed company chose ARC because
