                                     MicroFuze announces Board Changes

3 August 2007:   The  Board of MicroFuze is pleased to announce the appointment  of  Mr.  Wilhelm  Jacobus
Schoeman  ("Jaco") to the position of Executive Director, effective immediately.  In this role,  Jaco  will
assume  overall responsibility for the recently-acquired water technology and entity development.  Jaco  is
considered  by  the board to be important to the success of the venture as co-founder of Western  Utilities
Corporation  (WUC),  as a key link to one of WUC's first customers, and as a source of technical  knowledge
and  resource  availability.   Jaco  also  brings with him an  impressive  network  of  potential  clients,
regulatory contacts and technical expertise.

Jaco  will receive directors' fees of £10,000 per year and will receive a salary as an executive  from  the
subsidiary,  Western Utilities Corporation.   In addition, Jaco will receive 5 million Ordinary  Shares  in
the  Company  payable immediately, plus an additional 10 million Ordinary Shares based upon achievement  of
certain milestones over the next 24 months.

At  the  same time, the Board has received and accepted the resignation of Timothy Wall, who has  fulfilled
the  role of Financial Director since February 2006.  Following the recent fundraising, Tim has decided  to
resign  and  pursue  other career opportunities after relocating back to Australia.   Before  leaving,  Tim
ensured that Duncan Sheard Glass (DSG) was positioned to expand its role as company secretary and financial
advisor.   Dennis Bowers from DSG has been in the role of Company Secretary and also maintains  a  role  as
Financial  Officer of the Company.  This, coupled with the more active involvement of Doug Parrish  in  the
financial  oversight of the Company, ensures that the appropriate controls, accountabilities and  corporate
governance  standards  will  be maintained until further appointments are  made.   The  Board  extends  its
appreciation to Tim for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his chosen endeavors.
