 MicroFuze International Plc appoints new Chief Financial Officer and Director



MicroFuze International Plc ('MicroFuze' or 'the Company') is pleased to
announce the appointment of Dirk Albertus Kotze as Chief Financial Officer and
Director.  Aged 40, Mr. Kotze is a South African national and has extensive
experience of a number of industries including banking, manufacturing and the
resources sector.



Mr. Kotze qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa and holds a
Masters Degree in Business Leadership.  His expertise covers financial
management, operational and performance management, corporate strategy and
organisational restructuring.  Most recently, he has concentrated on corporate
restructuring projects using business intelligence models to co-ordinate
planning, performance, financial and strategic goals.  He is a part-time
lecturer in Advanced Project Management at the University of Pretoria.



Mr. Kotze replaces Tim Wall who resigned recently to pursue other interests
overseas.



Commenting on the appointment, Chairman Peter Marks said:



'Dirk brings an impressive array of accomplishments to the Board, having
effectively served a significant number of corporate leaders in South Africa;
notably he has worked as a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting and as a
finance transformation director at Barclays Bank plc. The Board expects that
Dirk will strengthen the financial planning, reporting and strategy functions of
the Company while contributing to overall governance and commercialisation
requirements.'
