Shareholder Notification
Armadale, the AIM quoted investment company focused on natural resource projects in Africa, was notified on 18 December 2014 that on 25 November 2014 Pelamis Investments Limited ("Pelamis") was issued 50,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Pelamis is interested in 173,493,361 Ordinary Shares equating to 4.14 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
