ASA International Group plc - Director Remuneration Update

ASA International Group plc (LSE: ASAI), one of the world's largest international microfinance institutions, confirms the remuneration arrangements for certain directors.

Interim Chief Executive Officer Remuneration

Rob Keijsers' remuneration as Interim Chief Executive Officer is as follows:

·    Base salary - EUR 234,640.50 per annum with an additional allowance of EUR 92,043 per annum for assuming the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer.

·    LTIP - remains a participant in the scheme.

·    Pension - 10% of maximum pensionable salary as an allowance. No change from his current position.

Executive Chairman Remuneration

Chris Low's remuneration as Executive Chairman comprises the equivalent of an annual fee of £193,300.

Guy Dawson Remuneration

Guy Dawson, having reverted being an Independent Non-Executive Director, is now paid the equivalent of an annual fee of £55,000.

Sheila M'Mbijjewe Remuneration

Sheila M'Mbijjewe's remuneration as an Independent Non-Executive Director comprises the equivalent of an annual fee of £55,000.

The details set out above are in accordance with the terms of the Directors' Remuneration Policy, which was approved by shareholders at the 2023 Annual General Meeting held on 15 June 2023.

In accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the information contained in this announcement will be made available on ASA International's website until the publication of the 2024 Remuneration Committee's report as part of ASA International's 2024 Annual Report.
