                           Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company announces that John Kenny (Chairman) has exercised options over
500,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 29 June 2007.


Subsequent to this, Mr Kenny holds a total of 600,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.


The total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue following the
additional listing will be 292,945,750.
