Statement re: Anite Travel

The Board of Anite plc ("Anite") notes the recent speculation regarding the potential divestment of its Travel business (the "Business").

Anite confirms that it is currently investigating a potential disposal of the Business. There is no certainty that this process will result in a transaction, nor can there be any certainty of the value of any such transaction if it were to complete.

The Board's strategy has been to continue to enhance the Business by delivering more large implementations with associated multi-year maintenance contracts; these provide growth, longer term recurring revenues and profit visibility thereby optimising the long-term value of the Business.
