Conversion of CULS/Issue of equity

The Board of Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc (the "Company") has today issued, subject to listing, 29,793 Ordinary Shares following elections by holders of the Company's 3.5% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018 ("CULS") to convert £92,425 nominal of CULS. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.

It is expected that admission to the Official List and commencement of dealings in these Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 10 February 2017.  The update of CREST accounts and the despatch of certificates for the newly issued shares will be on 14 February 2017.

Following admission there will be 189,193,702 Ordinary Shares and £59,686,363 nominal of CULS in issue.
