Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 20p of the Company in issue at 31 July 2015 is 194,336,642.  One ordinary share carries the right to one vote at a general meeting and therefore the total voting rights are 194,336,642.

There are 1,689,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
