Further Investment in Audioboom Group plc ("Audioboom")

YOLO Leisure & Technology plc (YOLO.L), the AIM listed company investing in leisure and technology, has increased its investment in Audioboom by acquiring a further 1,000,000 shares at a price of 3p per share.  This is further to YOLO's initial holding of 2,500,000 shares in Audioboom and takes its total holding to 3,500,000 shares.
