('the Company')
The Company is pleased to announce that it has placed 6,000,000 new ordinary
shares at 3.5p per share raising funds of £210,000 before expenses. The funds
raised will provide additional working capital for the Company.
Application has today been made for the admission of 6,000,000 new ordinary
shares to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company and dealings in 3,000,000 new ordinary shars are expected to
commence on 11 August 2003 and dealings in the remaining 3,000,000 new ordinary
shares are expected to commence on 13 August 2003.
