                               Additional Listing

Options over a total of 65,000 ordinary shares of the Company were exercised by
an employee yesterday. Accordingly, application has been made for a total of
65,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The 65,000 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to
commence on 28 April 2006.
