The Company announces that today, Nicholas Beighton, an Executive Director of ASOS Plc ("the Company") exercised share options under the ASOS plc SAYE Share Option Plan (the "Plan") over ordinary shares of 3.5p each in the Company as shown below.  All shares acquired were retained following exercise:
