Director/PDMR Shareholding
ASOS Plc ("the Company") announces the vesting of the conditional award over 17,236 ASOS Plc Ordinary Shares (the "Award") granted to Mathew Dunn, Chief Financial Officer, on 30 August 2019, under the terms of the ASOS Plc Long-Term Incentive Scheme (the "ALTIS"), and an associated sale of shares by Mathew Dunn to cover the tax liabilities arising in respect of the vesting. This Award was granted in replacement of awards forfeited on leaving his previous employment, as referred to in the announcement of 2 September 2019, and the date of vesting reflects the vesting of the original award that was forfeited.
Following this transaction, Mathew Dunn has an interest in 8,797 ASOS Plc Ordinary Shares.
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
