Brennan') has today sold 880,100 ordinary shares of the Company.

Hoodless Brennan's total interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company is now 2,307,900 ordinary shares, which represents 3.75 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
